Amani Ali is a broadcast communications veteran and a change management executive who has a strong background in strategy execution. He has been a part of the senior leadership team of one of the fastest growing management consulting firms in Colorado. He is the former Chief Transformation Officer for an infrastructure engineering firm based in Denver, and after changing the corporate culture, he was responsible for the talent management of the offices in Los Angeles, Seattle, the Denver corporate office, and Boston. He has held several leadership roles in the media industry early in his broadcast career, and was one of the youngest news directors in the nation serving Washington, DC. As a former award journalist, Amani as served on several broadcast management teams around the nation and was instrumental in the coverage of the Oklahoma City bombing, the Columbine Massacre and has provided his insights on major stories with the BBC, NPR and all major networks.

For the past 20 years, he has served as a senior advisor to many corporate executives and continues to serve on the advisory board for one Colorado’s leading boutique retained executive search firms. He currently heads a business advisory practice and has chosen to show those interested in how to build a legacy business.
